Attention NEOTA League Players:

Have you enjoyed participating at your NTRP level during the league season?

Why not continue by visiting the TennisLink tournament page, find the NTRP tournament offered in Northeastern Ohio, and continue competing against others of your NTRP level. Our local facilities offered nine NTRP tournaments in 2007 and hopefully will add even more in the coming years.

Refund: Individual

The league tennislink fee is non-refundable. The local league program is only credited with three dollars of the total fee.

Refund: Teams Only

A. If written withdrawal is submitted before date when team fees and captain’s waiver are due, then:

1. No individual refunds will be made on TennisLink fees*.

2. If whole team withdrawal, then team fee will be refunded if it has been paid.

3. No team or player penalty will be assessed.

B. If written withdrawal is submitted after date when team fees and captain’s waiver are due, then:

1. No individual refunds will be made on TennisLink fees*.

2. If whole team withdrawal, then team fee will NOT be refunded.

3. No team or player penalty will be assessed.

Weekend
Spring Mixed:  All NTRP Levels will play on Friday (team match scheduled-starting time between 6 - 9pm), Saturday, or Sunday (team match scheduled-starting times are between 8 am. - 9 pm) – Each captain will notify the coordinator of the time, date, and site for their home matches. The flight coordinator will then make schedules. Changes must be made 10 days prior to the scheduled match. Match day and time, as agreed on by both captains, must be sent in writing to the flight coordinator.  The flight coordinator and/or the District League Coordinator will resolve any conflicts by assigning the site and time of the match. If no changes are necessary, date, time, and site are final and not subject to change unless in accordance with rule 7.02b
Combo:  All NTRP Levels will be played on weekends. This league will be offered only in the spring and the fall league seasons.
Senior Mixed: Fall only. All NTRP Levels will be played on weekends
