Record match scores.
 
You must "Log In" on the usta.com web site (and have a password associated with your usta membership number).

In the upper right corner, click on "CREATE A USTA ACCOUNT" or if you already have one button.

Fill out the form or simply log in.

Your log in name is either your usta number or email address you have listed in membership.

Your password is the one you set up for your usta membership or that you created.
 
On the right side of the page:    "MY QUICK LINKS"
 
Click on :    Record a score
 
You are on your way to recording the scores using the "Match Number" on the Score Sheet.
